Who we are
We are professional Quantity Surveyors who specialise in estimating and competitive contract tendering for building and construction. We are proficient in Conquest with over twenty years experience of procurement in a variety of sectors within the building industry. Although we are conversant with most aspects of Quantity Surveying and the production of full specification Bills of Quantity the main focus of our experience is directed towards the successful procurement of construction projects through first principal estimating.
What we do
We provide an assortment of services for building contractors and developers, from contract estimating and all forms of quantity surveying, including valuations, final accounts, on site measurements, program of works and various stages of cost analysis for land appraisal. We work with a number of building contractors throughout the United Kingdom and have offices in the West Midlands, Oxford and London.
